Cable Properties is a long standing property development company with a portfolio of over 130 properties to let across the North East, North Yorkshire and Nationwide. The team at Cable Properties were focused on improving their companies image and strategy through marketing communications.
The Approach
I focused on what the company does best, took their strengths and raised it to the next level. Cable Properties unique perceived values, ‘From the ground up’ relates to the companies manufacturing background. With this in mind, the process was driven to allow us to create a brand that not only provided a new identity but created greater revenue opportunities for both commercial and residential clients.
